I have always felt fortunate to know, from an early age, that I wanted to design objects that are meant to be used, touched, and experienced. Design is never just about the object, but about the process behind it. The dialogue between the people involved is essential. It cannot be rushed or forced and needs space to evolve.
My perspective was shaped while living in Sweden, Denmark, and Italy, where I studied and worked within industrial and strategic design. These years taught me the importance of the dance between design and production
After returning to Finland, I was drawn into the culinary world. Its pursuit of precision, quality, and creativity immediately resonated with me. I came to see that gastronomy and design share the same foundation: respect for the process, resources, and the customer.
Our studio is located on the south side of Lauttasaari in Vattuniemi, an old industrial zone close to the harbour, our studio is where our designs are developed and our products distributed.
