Ordering and Payment

How do I place an order?

Just add your product to the cart and follow the checkout steps. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is complete.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, online banking, and other secure payment options supported by Stripe

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible at hei@iisak.com. We’ll do our best, but if the order has already shipped, changes won’t be possible unless you want to make an refund.

How do i track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been shipped. If you haven't received any, please contact us a hei@iisak.com

Shipping and delivery

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 2–4 weeks in Finland. EU deliveries may take longer depending on the destination.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Finland and selected EU countries. If you're outside of this area, contact us and we’ll see what we can do.

How much is shipping?

Shipping within Finland is 5.90 €. Orders over 300 € qualify for free shipping.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can return unused products within 30 days of receiving them. Email us first at hello@iisak.com to get return instructions.

What if my product is damaged or incorrect?

Please email us with a photo and your order number within 14 days. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 14 days.
